Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property.
Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.
DSA proposals like Medicare for All and the Green New Deal would cost the average household over $35,000 more a year.

Critical PHP flaws can hand attackers the keys to systems and data.
We need DOJ, DHS, and U.S. companies to be best equipped to quickly detect and stop these threats.
My National Coordination Center bill to codify @POTUS’s cyber defense plan is essential to address this.
Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.
My National Coordination Center bill would make permanent the DOJ–DHS effort to go after cartels and foreign cyber adversaries.
It would also enable partnerships with the private sector, helping American companies detect and stop cyberattacks faster.
We must be proactive if we want to protect our critical infrastructure.

CMS just announced another $78 million going to 216 rural healthcare providers across Texas for workforce recruitment, chronic disease prevention, and equipment upgrades.
This builds on the $1.4 billion for rural Texas healthcare as part of the Working Families Tax Cuts, which @HouseGOP passed last year despite opposition from every House Democrat.
Entering the U.S. illegally is by definition breaking the law.
