When Amendment 3 passes this is how we will have zero cuts to anything vitally important!! Our counties have received so much money they are now spending it on things we would never vote yes for. Cut the waste and lower property taxes. Vote YES on Amendment 3!!

Look at what they’ve found money for while they threaten essential services.. These numbers come from Florida DOGE’s audit of city spending: 📍 Jacksonville: $75,000 for a hologram of the mayor at the airport 📍 Orlando: $450,000 to count every city tree 📍 Gainesville: $189,000 a year for a director of equity and inclusion 📍 St. Petersburg: $258,000 in city utility and EMS funds to support Pride events 📍 Pensacola: $150,000 a year to a company that books drags shows at the city’s theatre 📍 And many more items like this across our state!!! So before anyone threatens your police or firefighters.. why not cut THIS first?? Vote YES on 3 🇺🇸

In case you were wondering what we mean by cutting waste first… In this video I highlight a few things you probably would have NEVER voted yes for, but your Property TAXES are paying for them. (And there are hundreds more items like this across the State - embarrasing) Police and Fire should be the LAST thing cut, but they are now the first thing being threatened. VOTE YES on Amendment 3 and then let’s come back and overhaul the entire system.

This lowers the increase to 53-55B - and leaves plenty of revenue. Don’t be threatened to think otherwise. We will still have a record amount of funding, and property taxes will continue to go up VOTE YES on 3 to rein it in, and then let’s come back and overhaul the entire system.

After we pass Amendment 3 we need to overhaul the entire system. If we don’t - The next generation will simply not be able to afford a home. A few years ago the first time buyer was 29 yrs old. Today they are 41-42. Pretty soon you’ll have to be retired! VOTE YES on 3 and then let’s stop this trend!

The Current Property Tax System is so confusing - it makes it easy for Fraud and Waste to take place. Very few people, including elected officials, understand where all the money is going! The Millage Rate for example can go down in all counties yet our Property Taxes all Go UP! Let’s rein this in with Amendment 3, and then come back for a total overhaul!

There’s Plenty of Funding! Our counties would like you to think that if Amendment 3 passes that they can’t survive on MORE than what they had just a few years ago. Don’t believe it! This is our chance (maybe the first time in our lifetime), where we can actually vote to LOWER TAXES rather than feed the government. VOTE YES on Amendment 3 in November and then let’s come back and OVERHAUL the entire system!

Property Taxes have been named “the most hated tax in America” You get the privilege of paying on money you’ve never received.. Think about it - you pay taxes on your equity before you ever sell it! It’s time to reduce HOMESTEAD taxes with Amendment 3, and then come back and overhaul the entire system. Our counties will have plenty of funding. Let’s end this madness.

In a few weeks we vote for Tax Relief.. Amendment 3 does not eliminate property taxes. Voting YES reins in the bloat and abnormal increase that was never suppose to happen to Florida citizens. Voting NO guarantees your property taxes will go up again, and they’ve already gone up 50% in 4 years! Don’t be mislead into thinking our counties will not have funding. They are just now required to prioritize their spending to make sure Police, Fire, and Schools come first. Cut the waste!

Homestead Property Taxes (Residents of Florida’s primary homes) only account for 18 Billion of the 65 Billion we collect. Counties are using scare tactics that important things will take a major funding cut but there’s plenty of funding Amendment 3 only touches 12 Billion of the 65 Billion we currently collect. Just a few years ago our entire State collected 45 billion. We are now up 50% Reign this tax in with major relief to Florida’s homeowners, while maintaining a record high amount of funding.

YOU DON’T OWN IT! The government has a lien on all properties. Amendment 3 doesn’t eliminate property taxes, but it does provide relief. It also leaves our counties with a record high amount of funding. Vote YES, then let’s take the next steps in OVERHAULING the entire system, removing the government lien, DOGE the entire state, and replace revenue in a common sense way!

Why would anyone want to support the current Property Tax system. It encourages misuse of spending, provides government with automatic pay increases and little accountability, plus because there are no caps we’re witnessing a 50% increase with no end in site. VOTE YES and don’t be bullied into another pay raise off the backs of homeowners VOTING NO guarantees your Property Taxes will go UP!

Many are asking the wrong question about Amendment 3 Instead of asking how we’re going to fund the Police, Fire, and Schools - we should be asking… WHERE has all the MONEY been going? Record HIGH increase of 50% over the past 4 years and now Amendment 3 would trim it back just a little and our Counties can’t seem to survive with more than they were THRIVING on just a few years ago. Doesn’t make sense! YES to Amendment 3, and then lets go to work to Overhaul the entire system!
