The Castro regime has profited at the expense of the Cuban people with luxury cars, expensive watches and a private island resort. As I shared this with the world, regime thugs rushed the stage to interrupt my speech. They can intimidate their own people in Cuba but think again about trying that nonsense in the United States of America.

What is happening in Venezuela is a big deal. Here’s why it matters: @MariaCorinaYA’s fight for freedom was fueled by the bold and just actions of @POTUS and @SecRubio to pave the way for democracy in Venezuela. One does not happen without the other. For the United States, this is a pivotal moment. As Secretary Rubio works toward securing free and fair elections, Maria has returned home. We are so close to a free, democratic, Venezuela - a nation which acts as a partner to the U.S. and asset to our national and economic security instead of a threat in our own backyard.
