ALT We denounce the racism, violence and oppression that has been suffered by Black communities for too long. We stand with those fighting to achieve justice and equality for all. Black lives matter. We owe it to our Black colleagues, creators and communities to oppose all discrimination, and to do it through action that reinforces Rare's long-held values of inclusivity and unity. We are committing to taking further steps to listen, learn and live these values in everything we do. We need to move forward now and support one another in demanding a better world. ALT "I personally don’t want the flashy signs or symbols of allyship, I’m not looking for the buttons and t-shirts and hashtags. I want an ally who pays attention to what is happening outside their own community or perspective. I want an ally who knows that these things are happening to people like me, without me needing to tell them that they are happening to people like me." - Megan Carpenter
