There's nothing quite like an English cabbie.
This is a trade worth protecting.

Today marks the death of Alfred the Great, on 26 October 899.
At Edington he broke the Great Heathen Army, built the burh system and the first English navy, and confined the Danes to the Danelaw.
Then he turned to culture. In the preface to his translation of Gregory’s Pastoral Care he wrote that learning had so decayed that few could even read their own letters in English, and set out to fix it.
He had the books “most needful for all men to know” put into English, required his reeves and ealdormen to learn to read, and issued a law code that joined biblical principle to the customs of his people.
Alfred understood that a people holds its ground both physically and spiritually - by defence, literacy and shared duty.
The Falkland Islands are British, and will remain British.
A @RestoreBritain Government will go to war to defend them.

Bit breezy in the Vale last night, wasn't it?!
One resident woke up to find this lamp post had seized its moment and gone off to audition for Pixar.
We've reported it to the council. Residents' safety comes first, so I'm afraid its acting career may be short-lived.
Although I'm not sure the wind should be taking all the credit…
"You've got no chance."
The numbers speak for themselves.
@RestoreBritain is a party built from the ground up by ordinary people who are tired of being ignored. Every branch, every leaflet and every conversation on the doorstep adds up.
If you're in the Vale of White Horse and want to be part of it, get in touch.
We're only just getting started.
This is welcome news, because if there is one change we have seen in the Vale, it's this.
Restore Britain will launch a domestic security industry recruitment drive through the DWP, apprenticeships, and veterans’ organisations - with funded training and support for British recruits.
By the end of our first Parliament, we aim to have a 100% British security workforce.
The number of foreign national security licence holders is an absolute disgrace - @RestoreBritain will end the scam.
Today, @RestoreBritain published its plan to take back our streets.
Here's a breakdown of the paper.
Restore Britain's new policy will crack down on dangerous e-biker riders terrorising pedestrians in our towns and cities.
Deport millions, clamp down on rife anti-social behaviour and get these dangerous vehicles off our pavements.
That's the plan.

We will not have our history and entire existence erased because cowardly politicians don’t have the courage to state the truth.
We are a people, and England is our home.
Restore Britain will defend it.
Farage apparently thinks the question of Englishness is an “academic debate”, in his words, that is not worth engaging in - a simply extraordinary thing to say.
We are witnessing profound demographic change across Britain, and the leader of Reform thinks the meaning of English identity is a subject to be brushed aside because he’s scared of being called a few unpleasant names.
Englishness is NOT an academic debate.
The English are a historic people. We have our own ancestry, heritage, culture, traditions and national identity.
Incredibly, Farage disagrees with that.
My view, and Restore Britain's view, is clear.
We are not simply a collection of passport holders living within a geographical boundary.
And acknowledging the existence of the historic English people does not mean denying that others can develop a genuine attachment and belonging to our nation, but that does not make them ethnically English.
A government can print a passport, sadly we all know that - it CANNOT falsely manufacture centuries of history or ancestral roots.
The historic English people have a home - it’s called England, and we have nowhere else to go.
And yes, in that home, the English are being demographically replaced. That’s just a fact. It’s happening all over Britain, it’s happened all over Britain. Go to East London, Rochdale, Luton, Birmingham, Blackburn, Bradford. I could go on.
This is NOT an academic debate.
This is our home, or at least it was.
Farage is simply not the man to save it.
You cannot claim to defend a nation when you refuse to even acknowledge its historic people because you might get your feelings hurt.
The hour is simply too late for that pathetic level of gutlessness.
The English are not an academic abstract afterthought.

The BBC are referring to the riots in France as 'protests'.
Does this look like a 'protest' to you? You cannot hate the BBC enough.

“If your allegiance lies elsewhere, and you demonstrate that through terrorism or extreme violence, a Restore Britain Government will send you to the country you claim allegiance to - if that's where your loyalty lies, we will aim to make that a reality.
Britain is just a few short years behind France.
We’ve had our warning - we must take it.”

Where were our Oxfordshire MPs?
Yesterday, a vote was held on a motion to stop the Government housing the 1,256 unvetted male migrants at the former MOD Bicester site, next to the village of Piddington.
@RupertLowe10 voted in favour. Not one Lib Dem MP in Oxfordshire did.
That includes both of ours in the Vale: Olly Glover (Didcot and Wantage) and Layla Moran (Oxford West and Abingdon).
Calum Miller, whose constituency covers Piddington itself, didn't vote either, and has since written to residents saying he opposes MOD Bicester but couldn't back a motion that also called for leaving the ECHR.
Opposition day motions are non-binding. A vote for it would have changed no law. It would simply have told the Government that Oxfordshire's MPs stand with the people they represent.
Last month, Piddington residents voted 285 to 26 in a symbolic referendum to "leave the UK" in protest at the plans. When it was their MPs' turn, Oxfordshire's Lib Dems sat it out, putting a European convention before their own constituents.
Remember this when you vote next May. The Lib Dems run our council. Their MPs had the chance to stand with us, and they didn't.
A message from Stuart Watton, Restore Britain PPC for Bicester and Woodstock, on how Lib Dem MP Calum Miller intends to vote on today's Commons motion to halt the asylum accommodation at MOD Bicester A Site…
Today MPs vote on the Government's plan to house at least 1,200 illegal migrants at MoD Bicester, the army site near Piddington.
Joy Morrissey and Chris Philp have forced the vote with an Opposition Day debate at 1pm. Their motion condemns using MoD Bicester and calls for us to leave the ECHR so illegal migrants can actually be deported.
About time. This is exactly what's needed.
For too long the ECHR has been used to block removals while communities like Piddington are left to pick up the pieces. Some MPs will say they oppose the camp but can't support leaving the ECHR. But you can't have it both ways. As long as we stay in, removals keep getting blocked and sites like this keep being opened.
Bicester is also where our branch organiser Stuart Watton has been selected as Restore Britain's PPC, so we'll be watching this one very closely.
Meanwhile, the Telegraph reports that police have warned the Home Office the camp would be unlawful if it opens without licences to protect the rare bats and other wildlife on the site…
Will this be the only thing that stops it going ahead? Will the bats be given more protection than the people of Piddington? Or will the Government simply push on regardless?
How do you think our Labour and Lib Dem MPs will vote?
“Restore Britain will stop illegal entry into the United Kingdom.
We believe that illegal immigration will cease when we cease to offer any social, economic or practical incentives to those considering illegal entry.
We will remove any incentive to enter the country illegally by ensuring that every detected illegal entrant is taken directly into secure detention and remains there pending removal.
The deterrent effect of this policy will drive down attempted illegal entries.
However, to pursue this policy we will need to create an Illegal Arrivals Detention Estate with the physical capacity necessary to make universal detention possible, certain, and sustainable, including during periods when arrival rates surge or removals are delayed.
This new Detention Estate will be austere, purely functional and designed solely for the secure, safe and efficient processing, detention and removal of new illegal arrivals.
Clearly, detention alone is insufficient to address the strategic immigration challenge. The programme described in this paper therefore does not stand alone.
It forms one of three complementary Restore Britain policies that together will address illegal immigration at every stage.”
Restore Britain has published our new policy to construct detention facilities capable of securely detaining every single illegal arrival.
Outlining a detailed step-by-step plan to keep these third world invaders off our streets, ready for deportation.
