Instagram comments appear in Live Producer once you’re live, just keep that tab open to follow them. TikTok’s Live Monitor can be opened ahead of time. We know switching tabs adds friction - for more help with your setup, contact us via live chat on Restream.

Hey Daniel! You can reposition overlays and comments in Studio, but the vertical layout in dual output can’t currently be adjusted independently. Is that what you mean, or are you seeing a different issue? We’d love to understand more.

On the roadmap ⭐️ In the meantime, you could trigger a generation that uses the vertical recording by going to app.restream.io/clips > new project > select file, and upload the vertical file. But we know downloading and re-uploading is not an ideal process - more to come!
