On Monday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals dealt a major setback in the Department of Justice’s lawsuit seeking to compel Los Angeles County to segregate certain ballots until the county could establish citizenship of individuals on a list of 20,000 people identified by the federal government as likely noncitizens.
The appellate court dismissed the DOJ’s appeal on procedural grounds, ruling that the DOJ hadn’t allowed the district court ample time to consider the request for a temporary restraining order.
While the Ninth Circuit declined to intervene, the case is far from over.
The same day that the appellate judges declined review, a senior U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) official filed a declaration in the district court offering new details that challenge key conclusions of Los Angeles County’s assessment of a 200-person sample.

A 21-year-old man in Montana has been charged with a felony after allegedly telling an Indian man to “go back to his country,” according to court documents.
As reported by the Billings Gazette, Jaxton Tayte Collins, 21, was arraigned on Tuesday in the Lewis and Clark County District Court over the August 7 incident.
He is accused of shoving the alleged victim and faces one misdemeanor count of assault but also a felony charge of malicious intimidation or harassment of civil or human rights.

An off-duty FBI agent driving home in Chicago on Monday night stopped and fatally shot a 27-year-old Venezuelan illegal alien who was firing a gun toward people in a homeless encampment, according to multiple federal law enforcement sources who spoke to Fox News.
The alien, identified as Oscar D. Corrales, had been caught at the southern border in October 2023 and released into the United States under the Biden administration.
Corrales also had a prior arrest in California but was reportedly released by law enforcement despite an ICE detainer.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has arrested Aldo David Herrera-Andino, a 22-year-old illegal alien from Honduras who was released into the United States under the Biden administration’s catch-and-release policies, after he pleaded guilty to shooting a Tennessee man in the face and leaving him fighting for his life.
ICE announced the arrest on Tuesday, stating that Herrera-Andino had been convicted of felony reckless aggravated assault in Davidson County and received just five years of probation.

I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time.
What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup.
Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD.
It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project.
I researched the "big picture" of how UDA relates to bigger players, so to speak. This sets up the stage for later, much more consequential drops.
