The posts are from 2012 and 2013, one about Asian people, others calling girls sluts. Let's be clear. Saying that stuff is stupid, but leaving a man jobless for it, when he was still a teenager, is the part that doesn't add up. The United States is the only country in the world that will sentence juveniles under 18 to life imprisonment without parole. Since 1976 the US has executed 22 people for crimes committed under 18. Lets not pretend that consequences for 15 year olds dont exist/havent existed

This is my issue. I'm not saying the guy who was fired couldn't stillbe racist or hold some horrible views. But I don't want to live in a world where you can't grow as a person and change and what you did at 15 within reason should be held against you forever.
