Story from the Mar a Lago awards w/ @OKeefeMedia
Words can't express how honored, humbled, & grateful I am to be recognized among much bigger heroes with this award for courage, integrity, & truth from @jamesokeefeiii & @okeefemedia at the President's Mar a Lago for catching over $76M in fraud by Florida Tech's President and refusing to sell out to his $96k offer of hush money. Thanks to everyone standing for truth in a world of lies. With all my heart: THANK YOU for this Honor of a Lifetime 🙏

As a convicted criminal and attorney, you should know a federal judge reviewed and approved the arrest warrants for all defendants. We stand by our cases. More arrests of noncitizens who voted in California are coming. We will not let you disenfranchise any American citizen by diluting their vote.
If it ends up being the case that First Assistant US Attorney Bill Essayli falsely charged lawful residents of registering to vote when they did not actually do so, in this highly sensationalized and publicized lawsuit, he should not only lose his bar license, but he should be personally sued for defamation and criminally investigated for misusing his office and the power of the Department of Justice.

The lesson of Trump’s first election was that the GOP was controlled opposition that would do anything to stop a real right wing from emerging
They hated Trump, did what they could to stop his election, and then sabotaged him in office
The lesson of Trump’s first term was that winning an election and being in charge were not the same thing
Trump was constantly undermined by his own executive branch and lied to by his generals
The GOP and many agencies needed to be entirely demolished and remade
After Butler and the incredible surge in Trump support it became clear that every Republican had to profess total loyalty to the president even if they still hated him
Many Trump supports mistakenly believing that this meant that things had changed and the GOP was now loyal to Trump, you could trust it’s processes and goals in a way you couldn’t before
This is wrong, and you can tell easily because congress refuses to pass even the most basic aspects of the Trump agenda like the SAVE Act
They parrot loyalty to Trump in their campaign ads, but when it comes time to vote GOP senators and congressmen play the same controlled opposition role, outside of a Brandon Gill or a Eric Schmitt, not much has changed
The same mistake was made with the government itself
Many people saw Trump replace agency heads with loyalists who had no allegiance to the deepstate in those agencies and assumed that meant Trump was really in control of the executive this time, that we could trust the government works the way we were told again
This just isn’t true
Large percentages, if not the majority, of agencies like the FBI, CIA, and DOJ are still anti-Trump and are looking to sabotage him at every turn
Trump was still smart to make those appointments and grow a force like ICE which is loyal to him, but it wasn’t enough
Do not transfer your loyalty to Trump to these institutions, they are still corrupt, still the enemy, you don’t control them and you don’t owe them anything
We still have to conquer the GOP and dismantle and replace much of the executive branch, the mission remains the same

How bad is administrative bloat in higher ed?
At MIT, the “student body has grown by 8% and its faculty by 9% since the mid-1980s. By comparison, the tally of administrators jumped by 189%.”

FWIW, at Berkeley, much of the administrative growth is the result of poor faculty governance. We're constantly approving new programs that require staff, such as zero-waste or sustainability programs. The result is that we now have scores of staff with "sustainability" in their title. These are permanent staff because we don't have a concept of sunset and because once hired, we're bad at supervising them.
These staff reduce efficiency because they exercise their power through procurement rules (e.g. can't order lunch from a company unless it has compostable boxes, which means someone needs to confirm compliance). So then, you need more staff to interact with the complexified staff/union-made procurement rules. At the law school, we have people who do our reimbursement requests because the process is so confusing that only specialists can do it.
Faculty are also generally neurotic people and they don't understand risk. So we overreact to regulatory demands, such as the Cleary Act, FERPA, etc. At Berkeley, we have 4 different people with "Cleary act" in their title. There's no concept of "reasonable compliance," it's an attempt to reach perfect compliance, which results in Cleary Act warnings about stolen sandwiches at the cafeteria...and more and more staff whenever any error appears.

JFK wasn’t being nasty here. The ancients understood education as the formation of the whole person (body, mind, and soul)
We are here to bring this vision back to American education. The Classical Baccalaureate has a rigorous physical fitness component!

Here's some video of the APA admitting they lie to lawmakers to hide their support of "gender affirming" care that I told them was pseudoscience garbage - in addition to University President (CSUDH, Dr. Thomas Parnham) & APA Clinical Psychologist training other Psychologists on how they want to "disrupt and dislodge" White people from "white fragility" and make their White clients "uncomfortable" as a response to their "residual white supremacy".
The APA is a junk-science organization and must not have any federal authorities for credentialing, training, or receiving federal funds. I have reported this several times, such as Fox News, Gateway Pundit, Fox News Digital, and more:

NEW: The Trump SBA sent 689 firms it removed from its 8(a) small-business program to GSA for audits. @SBA_Kelly
SBA says many failed the economic-disadvantage test yet took set-aside contracts. GSA can refer any fraud to DOJ.
If they cheated, should they repay every dollar?

Glad to see someone is on board with making replication a top priority! Although the notion that NIH is “scaling down” our work on replication is complete fiction.
We are deeply committed to making replication a core part of the biomedical research enterprise. Work is moving forward on many fronts:
🔎 Investing $174M in efforts to test interventions that incentivize replication, support research with built-in replication, and more.
🔎 Created the Linked Discoveries tool in PubMed Central, which connects researchers with related evidence and replication studies.
🔎 Issued highlighted topic encouraging research on rigor, transparency and replicability.
🔎 Creating a new S-index to measure (and incentivize) data sharing among researchers, with other new metrics to come.
🔎 [Coming soon]: a new journal focused on replication work.
No amount of money will fix the issues the scientific enterprise faces on this topic. It requires a major cultural change affecting how we conduct, evaluate and reward scientific work.
The culture of biomedical science must reward replicable, reproducible research — or else we won’t make much progress improving human health.

Maybe we should stop assigning international students as TAs just because they want money. It might be better to hire real instructors for undergrads who can speak English and know how to teach. The problem is not AI; the problem is high-priced bad education. Because of this many students now don’t want to go to college.

Defund and disband the NIH - it is a captured organization that serves corporate interests, not those of the American people.
Weird that @NicHulscher and the @McCulloughFund produce more high quality research than the $47 BILLION per year NIH. Why does the NIH even exist at this point? 🤔
