#GirodItaliaWomen is way better than TDFF, but a flat ITT is missing, as a medium mountain stage. San Marco is a monster, will destroy the peloton. Ameteurish to don't have closed finish for the last two stages. The last is a tappone, but in 2026 it was better.

I would like to focus on one issue: Passo Daone. Last year it would have fit perfectly towards Andalo, but they didn't use it, indirectly blaming municipalities with an "insider"/slave post on forums. One year after, magically, Daone and Duron are ridable again. #GirodItalia

The route of #GirodItalia 2027 must be a joke. A disaster with 6 MTF where nothing will happen before last 10 km and only one stage for long range attacks. 37 km of flat ITT and 0 real medium mountain stages, with hard flat stages instead. 20th on Zoncolan is ridiculous.

I don't think the 23 km flat after Soudet descent killed Laruns stage. That section could be key if GC riders won't have teammates. To assure that it would have been key to make the previous part of the stage a lot harder, by putting Artaburu and Landerre for example. #TDF2027
Best surprise is the route to Sallanches stage, great design. Decent amount of ITT km (71). Ridiculous lenght of mtn stages, longest is 174 km. At least there will be 3 with>223 km. Best news is Laruns descent finish as last mtn stage, but design could have been better. #TDF2027

It's surely good that women's cycling is now "allowed" to discover mythical climbs after years of sexists "that's too hard for them", but it's important to keep routes standards high. Single major climbs are NOT enough. #LaVueltaFemenina

The only good news is the medium mountain/hilly stages, Sheffield, Magnanville, and Clermont stages are very well designed, above all the second is a jewell. #TDFF2027

Etape du Tour, that is stage #11 of #TDF2027 was unveiled today and it's almost identical to the route I initially proposed. Colombierez Croix Fry, Forclaz de Quiege, Prè, and Bisanne.
Stage 11.
14 Juillet and hardest Alps stage (possibly EDT too?). I would bet my house on Bisanne, so the most logical thing would be to add its brother Col du Prè too. Finish could be at the top of Bisanne or in Les Saisies 4 km after. #TDF2027
