Hearing the #Hokies might have a really cool collab today at practice. 🍉🍉🍉

Virginia Tech Head Football Coach James Franklin was in Hermitage this morning for a quick visit with Hickory star Kelvin Morrison. Kelvin has officially committed to Va Tech and is on track to enroll early. @HokiesFB @KMorrison03 @BillBillDungee

The vibes are high in Blacksburg. Virginia Tech gutted out a tough win over Clemson, pushing the #Hokies to 6-2 entering the off week. Join us TONIGHT for what should be a fun victory pod!

Folks, we need to learn how to evaluate Brent Pry as a defensive coordinator. He’s working with a leaky secondary. Tech has limited teams on the scoreboard more often than not. He’s been more than adequate in Year 1. Trust the process. #Hokies

I’m still 50/50 on him. Hate saying it cause the dude bleeds Maroon/Orange/ and SWVA, but I don’t trust 😂. And yes, I hate myself for it.

Have to give a shout out to @G_Wimb. He called this several months ago. Still feels surreal.

Landmark win. What a performance. It wasn’t pretty, but the #Hokies found a way to get it done in a tough place to play. Virginia Tech is bowl eligible before the bye week.

Give Brent Pry some credit, man. #Hokies held Clemson for most of the night and got it done when it mattered. He’s done a fine job this season.

#Hokies defense answered the call on that drive. Offense is running out of opportunities.

Virginia Tech’s defense has been on their heels the last two drives. Not sure they can allow a score for the rest of the night if they want to win. #Hokies

#Hokies offense being beat at all levels right now. Tom Allen’s group sees what’s coming, Tech’s got nothing going at the line of scrimmage, and the playmakers aren’t making plays.

Clemson wasn’t going to just lay down. Time for Virginia Tech to punch back. I’d like to see the #Hokies get Overton lots of touches this second half.

The #Hokies receivers need to find a way to get separation downfield. The offensive line can’t hold on forever.

Magnificent scoring drive from Virginia Tech. Ty Howle found a way to move the ball against this Clemson defense. #Hokies

Monster sequence from Virginia Tech’s defense. Clemson gets a short field, and the #Hokies defense goes TFL, Sack, Sack. Tigers forced to punt.

I’m not so sure about that fake punt call… Nathan Totten is the one we want running it there? #Hokies

Clemson’s pass rush hasn’t been the issue. The secondary has locked down the #Hokies passing game. Grunkemeyer has nowhere to go with the ball.

Clemson’s secondary holding up really well thus far. Not many open receivers for Grunkemeyer on that drive. #Hokies
