He doesn’t have accelerate nor ambush so when you drop him opp will not try to hold with “7 units 4M”

if he was a regular 4 a hold em is already enough, I think it's just a mediocre
5 and a recycle for a 4 with little upside so you can consider it a 5 (it wins against another 4)
