The Tathagata never spoke to anyone, he never uttered a word from nirvan to mahaparinirvan. Because the Buddha has no intention and hence no karma of body speech and mind.

ना तो बौद्ध धर्म दीक्षा बच्चों का खेल है, और ना ही धर्म दीक्षा मंच कोई राजनीतिक मंच। अगर बौध्द धर्म को अपनाने का साहस और प्रतिबद्धता है, तभी दीक्षा लें। भारतीय बौद्ध महासभा से भी निवेदन है कि शूद्रों और दलितों को केवल भीड़ बढ़ाने के लिए धर्म दीक्षा समारोहों में न बुलाएँ।
कल 20 अक्टूबर को दिल्ली के रानी झांसी मार्ग स्थित अंबेडकर भवन में भारतीय बौद्ध महासभा द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मैं मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर सम्मिलित हुआ था । एक सच्चा समाजवादी होने के नाते मैं प्रत्येक धर्म, जाति, वर्ग और समुदाय का सम्मान करता हूं और जो भी अपने कार्यक्रम में सम्मान के साथ आमंत्रित करता है उसमें सम्मिलित होता हूं । मैं सिख भाइयों के बुलावे पर गुरुद्वारे में गुरु ग्रंथ साहब को मत्था टेक कर भी आता हूं । मुस्लिम भाइयों के बुलावे पर उनकी मजलिस में भी शामिल होता हूं । हिंदू धर्म के तीज-त्योहारों में भी सम्मिलित होता हूं ।
बौद्ध धर्म और गौतम बुद्ध की शिक्षाओं के प्रति मेरा विशेष आकर्षण है और मैं उनका बहुत सम्मान करता हूं । बाबा साहब के विचारों का भी मेरे ऊपर गहरा प्रभाव है । लेकिन कल के कार्यक्रम के बाद बीजेपी आईटी सेल और अंधभक्त कट्टर वादियों ने सोशल मीडिया पर मेरे प्रति दुष्प्रचार कर रखा है कि मैंने हिंदू धर्म त्याग दिया है और धर्म परिवर्तन कर लिया है । मैं बाबा साहब की शिक्षा और गौतम बुद्ध के बताये उपदेशों का भरपूर समर्थन करते हुए यह गहरा विश्वास रखता हूं कि मुझे धर्म परिवर्तन करने की ना तो कोई आवश्यकता है ना ऐसा मेरा कोई इरादा है । हम किसी भी धर्म में रहकर मानवता की सेवा कर सकते हैं और भेदभाव, छुआछूत, घृणा, अंधविश्वास और पाखंड के खिलाफ बोल सकते हैं ।
कृपया भाजपा आईटी सेल के दुष्प्रचार में न फंसे और कोई गलतफहमी न पालें धन्यवाद । जय भीम । नमो बुद्धाय ।

Dalits should think twice before converting to any other religion.
The reason is simple.
We have seen an increasing number of judicial decisions where reservations are denied on conversion.
There are inherent issues with conversions.
The probability that your reservation is denied is very high.
So my advice to all those converting to other religion,
Please take legal advice and convert.

N'atthi me saraṇaṃ aññaṃ, Buddho me saraṇaṃ varaṃ.
Meaning: I have no other refuge,the Buddha is my foremost (matchless) refuge.
Traditionally laities are initiated into Buddhism by negating Hinduism & all other sects existed at the time.
Buddhism boldly negates Hinduism.
Ambedkar didn't convert to Buddhism. He virtually created a new religion and force-fitted Buddha into it, as he had earlier theorized that Untouchables were Buddhists men who were vanquished.
The Navayana Buddhism that Ambedkar created is primarily based on negation of Hinduism rather than seeking any truth or peace. It builds a negative identity rather than something original of its own.
Possibly no other religion, not even Islam, is so strongly based on negation even though the Islamic shahada literally begins with "there is no God but Allah"; it's a generic negation, rather than specific one that Ambedkar introduced through his 22 vows. Pagan religions were wiped out from Arabia but Islam survived as it didn't merely create a negative identity.
Possibly that's why Islamists like Sharjeel Imam love Ambedkarites. He knows, rather hopes, that once the original target is finished, a negative identity can't survive for long. It's a fertile ground for second round of conversion. It's another matter that Christian missionaries end up winning that round more successfully.

महाराष्ट्र: नागपुर स्थित दीक्षाभूमि में आज 70वें धम्मचक्र प्रवर्तन दिवस पर लाखों अनुयायियों ने भारत रत्न डॉ. बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।
मुख्य समारोह में म्यांमार के पूज्य वन्नासिरी महाथेरो ने कहा कि डॉ. अंबेडकर ने बौद्ध धर्म इसलिए अपनाया क्योंकि बुद्ध का धम्म मानवता और विश्व को एक बेहतर समाज प्रदान करता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि डॉ. अंबेडकर द्वारा अपनाए और प्रचारित किए गए धम्म को आगे बढ़ाने का दायित्व उनके अनुयायियों पर है।
डॉ. बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर ने 14 अक्टूबर 1956 को विजयदशमी के अवसर पर नागपुर में अपने लाखों अनुयायियों के साथ बौद्ध धर्म अपनाया था। तब से इस दिन को धम्मचक्र प्रवर्तन दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
