This month's cover was a commission where I may have gone a *little* overboard with the 'simple' background! It's the always fun Fleetway Amy!

Everyone agreeing with this needs to go and read Fleetway's Sonic the Comic like yesterday. Fleetway Sonic is all these things if you actually read the stories and don't cherrypick individual panels or pages to gripe about out of context readings! It's great!

Sonic OVA is still unmatched in terms of understanding Sonic's character flaws: impatient, egotistical, short tempered, competitive And it still manages all of this without making him unlikable or annoying, it's a masterclass in characterization

Case in point, #19; a story where Sonic makes fun of his buddy Porker's fears, saves him, heads into a deadly situation he admits to himself might be too much, does it anyway and all just to be a distraction while he relies on Porker to actually save the day.

Follow up; remember how everyone loved when Flash beat Lex Braniac by running around the whole planet as a run up? Yeah they did that way back in the Sonic CD adaption.

Solved a problem with my bluetooth headphones that has been bothering me for over a year, figured out a solution to my US shipping woes and also finished a pair of commissions! All in one night, I am on a roll!

5 months left until SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 4. Ben Schwartz says all the fans will love Kristen Bell as Amy Rose in the film.

Woke up today to a lot of supportive messages and people actually buying things and commissioning me and I gotta say I did get a little emotional over it. I'll be packing up all the orders and doing the art over the weekend but if you're reading this thank you. It means a lot!

Okay, so it looks like the comic store isn't working properly for some reason (may be fixed within the next 48 hours if support isn't an AI making stuff up) but I have a temporary mirror up here! rikdraws.com/storepage

Hey gang, I'm not good at asking for help but I'm raising funds to help pay for my dads funeral and I could really use a hand. I've set up a kofi (ko-fi.com/rikdraws) where I'll be taking commissions and I'm selling some comics over at (rikmack.com/) <3
