8/ DRAMATIC reduction in chance of infection. A mask, 4 MERV-13 filters, a box fan & some duct tape. No rocket science, folks. Just a little common sense and will to reduce being infected, reduce infections of classmates, co-workers, friends and family, and spread in community.

Your failure to approve pediatric Moderna is an embarrassment and is, to be honest, absolutely inexcusable. @GovCanHealth

It has been two full months since @GovCanHealth received the application for Moderna's vaccine for children 6m-5yrs, and over one full month since Pfizer's application for 3rd doses in 5-11yos.
Our process lacks urgency, transparency, and accountability.

I was just asked to be on The National to discuss Roe and abortion...and then I found out it would be a panel with a "pro-life/anti-abortion" voice. I am livid and sent this reply. I couldn't care less if this means I will not be asked back to the CBC. It needed to be said.

CHEO remains a high-risk environment. Many of the children and youth we serve are immuno-compromised, unvaccinated, and vulnerable. We will continue to require everyone who enters our facilities to be screened and masked.

He had transferred from a prestigious private school to my public school, and I was confused.
I asked him why he moved and he shrugged

Right, so let's talk about James Webb. It's a big and complicated story and maybe, like me, you've been mainly following it through headlines. Maybe you'd like to think about it more deeply now and consider why we should #renameJWST. For you, a thread ๐งต: scientificamerican.com/articโฆ

Almost 2 years since Ottawa began looking for CoV-2 in its wastewaters. This plot shows a slightly different perspective of signal across time. Darker reds indicate speed of growth of a wave, while blue represents how fast it degrades...note how fast we are climbing in this wave.

If you are still wearing a mask when you go out, please retweet this status. I would just like to see how much common sense is still out there.
