Morning update.
No missile defense for the people who actually paid for it. Our government doesn't give a damn about us.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the US military has taken our Patriot Missile Defense System out of Texas and sent it to Israel in preparation for a new round of combat operations against Iran after the midterms.
At the same time, the Intercept reports that "top defense officials are expressing increasing worry about the vulnerability of U.S. bases around the world and even within the United States..."

While promising to Make America Healthy Again, his EPA has:
• Moved to scrap drinking-water limits on 4 toxic PFAS “forever chemicals”
• Sought to weaken mercury pollution standards
• Allowed continued use of controversial pesticides like glyphosate.
• Moved to weaken protections against arsenic pollution
• Rolled back protections against cancer-causing ethylene oxide
• Excluded microplastics from proposed mandatory drinking-water monitoring
• Appointed former chemical-industry officials to key regulatory positions
• Moved to reduce how certain public-health benefits are counted in pollution regulations
How is any of this Making America Healthy Again?
