So today has been very surreal!!
For those of you that haven't seen, here's the video about me & my German travels from @BBCSouthNews.
Huge thanks to @LewisCoombes & @robsills_ for putting it together
(Couldn't upload full video on 1 tweet, part 2 below)
Back to Stoneham Lane again this week for @afc_stoneham 2-2 @KingstonianFC.
The visitors flew into a 2 goal lead & were cruising but Stoneham slowly worked their way back into the game & deservedly got their equaliser. Decent game for the neutral.
My wife is away this weekend so took advantage of a rare free Sunday & watched some footie. A bit of local Sunday league in the morning then popped to Winch to watch the Flyers in FA Cup action where their dreams was cruelty dashed with a 93rd minute 1-0 winner for the visitors.

Balmer with yet another unbelievable half-volley, which left the commentary team speechless

Great win today. 2 goal of the season contenders as well. Bit disappointing to let 2 goals in late on but 3 points is 3 points!
Miserable conditions for the players today but thankfully for me, it was nice and dry under the stand with my beer!
4 in a row!!! #UpTheWinch
Final trip of the year. Few lower league games planned around Aachen & just across the border in 馃嚦馃嚤 followed by the main event Sunday evening. Can't wait!
43rd visit to Stoneham Lane tonight. @afc_stoneham 1-4 Winch
Great performance tonight & easily could've been way more
Slightly Disappointing to concede but controlled the other 97% of the game.
Decent @WinchFans turnout too. Reckon we had over half the crowd! #UpTheWinch

Yesterday was such a good day out. After the game we got the train back into Central London & visited a few pubs.
Wasn't a cheap day out but I do love a London away day on the train, especially with 3 points! Already looking forward to the next one!
Some people may say someone might have fallen over celebrating the 4th goal today.
I can't confirm or deny if that happened & without photo and/or video evidence I'll say it didn't.
BUTTT if it did, I'm incredibly proud that I didn't spill a drop of my pint in the process!
Everything you can ask for on an away day! Top day out in London with a beer or 2, with great company and more importantly, heading home with 3 points!
Just got on the train home, buzzball in hand. Thanks to all involved in making it a class day out!
Up the fucking Winch!!
Arrived in London. Mini pub crawl on the way towards Blackfriars. 1st pint, 拢6.10. Not too bad...
Highlight of the day so far, I made a new friend on the train.
Hendon away today!
Great memories of the place. 11th February 2023, 1 of my all time favourite Winch away days. @Bailey_Oli
Same again today please!
