I do panic easily because I get so nervous about something I misunderstood or get extremely worried that I might have done something wrong.
Some advice on handling certain situations in private - hear both sides of the argument, don’t play the blame game and understand the situation better from both points of view. Don’t automatically cut ties with someone because you don’t like their version.
