I am floored how Democratic Party leadership is more upset with Haley Stevens not supporting Sayed than they are Sayed having long ties to terrorist organizations. We are literally living in an upside down world. Hope rational thought returns one day.
I see a lot of rent increases being blamed on greed of prop-owners. Supply & demand def has an impact but so does out of control spending at municipal level for projects and services. 80% of reporting municipalities increased prop taxes in 2025. That’s an underreported problem.
It is the first week of the NBA season and I have seen countless videos of 4-6 step obvious travel violations not called. It just reinforces why the NBA isn’t watchable anymore.

The debut of an amazing stadium for Northwestern is empty and they are playing a big name in Penn St. their fans suck or boosters are morons for flushing their money down the toilet.
