A federal judge handed an immigrant rights group the government's list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens who were sent California mail ballots on Friday, for one use only. By Saturday night it was an AP headline.
The judge is James Boasberg. The group is CHIRLA, the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, and it is suing to stop the Trump administration from using that list at all. The order let them use it for one thing: checking whether their own members are on it, so they could prove they have standing to sue. Their lawyers, one expert and a data assistant could see it. Nobody on it could be told.
Instead their expert ran the whole list against California's voter file and declared 42 percent of the names missing from it. The AP ran that number Saturday evening.
The number they are certain of sits in the same declaration. They matched their own list of naturalized citizen members and clients against it. TWENTY-TWO full matches. Everything above that is an extrapolation.
Sunday the Justice Department filed. The names, it says, were pulled from voter rolls that came from California's own Secretary of State, so a one-day study of what is on California's rolls is "better directed at the State of California." It wants the paragraphs struck, the lawsuit dismissed as a sanction, a filing listing every contact the group had with the media about it, and the court to consider referring the group and its lawyers for criminal contempt.
The case the government cites for what criminal contempt requires is J.G.G. v. Trump. That is Boasberg's own ruling from last year, the one that found probable cause to hold the Trump administration in criminal contempt over the deportation flights. An appeals court vacated it. The Justice Department just handed it back to him as the standard.
California votes tomorrow.
That is not a standing argument. That is a press release with a docket number. 💎

🚨 AWESOME! Sec. Marco Rubio walked out on stage with President Trump and 47 said — “If he gets any more popular, I’m gonna say, YOU’RE FIRED” 🤣
RUBIO: “The most important job every president does is keep you and your family safe. No president in my LIFETIME has done that better than the one we have right now!” 👏🏻
“Because he’s our president, America is stronger, you’re safer, and our enemies are weaker!” 🇺🇸
Trump is so proud of Marco because he’s going down as the ABSOLUTE GOAT
This was 47’s final pre-midterm rally, and Rubio got to experience history with him

I’ll explain for everyone why we have polls like this.
It’s because polling drives the political news cycles. Tomorrow is Monday, when people are getting ready to talk about going to the polls for Election Day.
If they can dissuade a small percentage of people from wanting to vote, they can tip races. There will be no apologies for it being closer than they said.
Miller-Meeks won in Iowa by 6 votes out of 400,000 cast in 2020. Six.
The entire goal of this psyop is to discourage you. Ann Selzer carried this water and then retired, MISSING by SIXTEEN points in Iowa.
This stuff makes me sick and it is absolutely election interference that should be handled accordingly.

🚨 YOU CANNOT AUDIT WHAT IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING.
Michigan’s Qualified Voter File is quietly rewriting vote history records months and years after county certification — in direct violation of state and federal law.
Data analysis marked by me as “BOE SCRUBBED.” because the BOE provided more complete vote history records data in the past but has been successful BLOCKING and ALTERING this data from us because we were EXPOSING how in-person votes were FLIPPED to absentee vote records.
Federal law (52 U.S.C. § 20701) requires election records preserved for 22 months.
Michigan law (MCL 168.509q(1)(f)) requires vote history retained for 5 years.
Both Michigan (MCL 168.932(c)) and federal law (52 U.S.C. § 20702) make willful alteration, defacement, or destruction of those records a crime.
Yet monthly SQL comparisons of successive statewide QVF snapshots (e.g., Sept. 2026 vs. Oct. 2026) show the same vote_hash records being Added, Removed, Location Altered (jurisdiction changed), or Absentee Altered long after the election.
Millions of post-election shifts across snapshots (see the attached audit graphic).
Once the certified baseline is rewritten, no clerk, auditor, or citizen can independently verify who actually voted where. The audit trail is erased by design. SOS Benson wants all Michigan Clerks to delete the source poll books. Why? (we know why...)
Vote history must be immutable after county certification. Anything less is not list maintenance — it is the destruction of the official record.
This is why Michigan and no local clerk still cannot produce an accurate, public list of who voted in any past election within the statutory window.
Demand the raw, unaltered monthly snapshots. Stop the vote history algorithm. (Changes where you actually voted to a different location!) Fix the QVF!
VOTE REPUBLICAN this election if you want our elections to become safe and secure.

Strike Force Ready Corp Post Election Protest Toolkit: Nationwide Mobilization Plan Release!
This is a national work strike starting after Election Day. The plan is to shut down the country.
This toolkit provides worksheets, song lists, zoom training, ready made art, role assignments, mutual aid and resources, and messaging for sustained strikes past Election Day.
The toolkit provides a calendar that represents significant election related milestones like dates of certification through January 3, 2027.
The documentation states “an election defense all-in moment is a point at which the administration or bad faith actors' actions require a mass, coordinated response to defend the vote, as determined by national election defense coalitions (including the No Kings Coalition and May Day Strong).”
HOW WILL YOU SUSTAIN?
In case of an all-in moment, it likely will not be enough to respond for a day and then go home. In these types of situations, sustained protest may be necessary. Even if community groups in your locality have plans for an immediate response, it may be helpful to think through what happens after that first day. Though this is not to help you plan actions directly, this guide will help you brainstorm past the first day of “nonviolent” sustained protest.
The operative word is “nonviolent” but we all know that violence will happen.
WHAT TO CONSIDER TO SUCCESSFULLY SUSTAIN PROTEST
The goal of sustained protest is to keep a consistent presence, and demonstrate that the demands and people power is not going away - and raising the social, political, and economic costs of egregious actions.
To that end, it is important to both make ambitious calls, while also being realistic about what is possible to sustain.
Some locations may be able to sustain daylong protests every day. Others may be more equipped to have a lunchtime meetup or nighttime vigil. Potentially the most important aspect is consistency.
Choose a well known location for your community. In some localities this could be a government building, city square, or anything that people know.*
I want to personally thank my dear friend Paul for providing the information. I’ll put his link in the comments.

Aaron Siri just beat Pharma giant GSK in a groundbreaking lawsuit over its whooping cough vaccine ads.
“It’s the first-ever case that was brought against a vaccine manufacturer.”
“You don’t have total impunity.”
“We beat the big bad wolves.”
Bookmark this.
Here’s how Siri got around Pharma’s immunity from vaccine injury lawsuits to beat GSK:
“In this lawsuit, we alleged false advertising.”
“Which is a different kind of claim.”
“What the data and studies … make clear, in fact, is that if you get the vaccine, you are still just as likely to be infected.”
“Just as likely to spread it.”
“You’re just less likely to have symptoms.”
That means that vaccinated people would actually be “most likely to hold the baby, kiss the baby,” and infect the baby.
“The worst part … is that those who actually had been infected by pertussis and never got vaccinated, then they have sterilizing immunity, at least for many years.”
“They’re not going to get infected again.”
“Those who got the vaccine, they could be infected over and over … again.”
“This was all in our court papers.”
“And you know who said these things?”
“Their own consultants in peer-reviewed studies.”
“They admitted it.”

NEW UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION: I spent several months investigating a nationwide network of advocacy organizations and medical providers helping families continue medically transitioning their children in defiance of state laws.
My investigation centers on Campaign for Southern Equality (CSE), an LGBT advocacy nonprofit that connects families with cooperating medical providers across the country. CSE has distributed over $1 million in travel grants to more than 1,200 families, plus another $1 million to partner organizations, including funding for medical appointments.
With CSE's knowledge, providers in its referral network told me the ways that they circumvent state restrictions on gender-transition treatments for minors.
Some discussed using alternative diagnosis codes, such as “endocrine disorder,” to facilitate prescriptions or insurance coverage. Others described mailing medications directly to families' homes or sending prescriptions to pharmacies in states where these interventions are banned.
Providers also discussed conducting virtual appointments with patients in those states. Others required patients to cross state lines for telehealth but did not appear to have a reliable method for verifying their physical location.
My primary undercover scenario involved an 11-year-old girl in Tennessee who had only recently begun identifying as nonbinary, with no long history of gender-related distress. The providers I shared this scenario with seemed eager to treat her. Many indicated that puberty blockers could be prescribed after an initial evaluation lasting just one to several hours.
My investigation uncovered practices that may violate state and federal laws and pose medical risks to children living hundreds or thousands of miles from their treating physicians.

Maricopa County Republican Committee Executive Director says some voters told MCRC they had no idea ballots had been cast for them
Arizona Insiders interviewed Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC) Executive Director Chris Handsel today about the ballot curing process, which a team at MCRC is working on this weekend. He said that some of the voters they called about fixing their signatures said they had no idea that ballots had been cast for them, which MCRC will be investigating. They are also looking into voters who can't believe their signatures didn't match. He recommends going to beballotready.vote to view what your signature looked like on your ballot affidavit envelope.

🚨 See this asshole? Not to be confused with the asshole on the right, I mean the asshole with the spectacles.
That’s Domenico Grasso, President of the University of Michigan, who is stepping down at the end of November 2026.
He’s earning a whopping $1.3 MILLION this year.
Under his watch, the University of Michigan has spiraled into a haven for Marxism, communism, radical Islam, and support for terrorism.
In just the past year, multiple Chinese students have faced federal charges involving the smuggling of dangerous biological materials into the United States.
He refused to fire several of his professors after they publicly glorified the assassination of Charlie Kirk, hours after he was murdered.
Following the Oct 7th massacres, Grasso's campus became one of the most violent, pro-Hamas institutions in the United States.
In the last 6 months, 12 students were arrested by the FBI and face multiple charges stemming from a two-year campaign of intimidation and violence against university officials and their families, including death threats over their support for Israel.
Investigators uncovered Hamas propaganda in the students’ homes, along with videos glorifying ISIS.
And now, we’re seeing students attack conservatives and threaten to kill them.
When Grasso leaves at the end of the month, he’ll walk away with a lucrative compensation package, a tenured faculty position, personal research funding, and other perks such as country club memberships.
Our Department of Education shoved $1.3 BILLION into the University of Michigan this year.
They have an endowment of $25 BILLION.
American taxpayers are being fleeced to fund a legion of students who seek our destruction.
