Devastated. Yesterday this was flower-rich meadow, with Common Blue butterflies, Southern Marsh Orchid & rare (for our area) Black-tailed Skimmer amongst many others. Today, @burnleycouncil have razed it to the ground right at the start of breeding @BurnleyExpress @IoloWilliams2
