💥XCR-L in 6.5 Grendel💥 with a 14.7" Barrel and LPVO 1-10 Optic. I shot this buck antelope last Saturday from about 300 yards. It went right down. The XCR is truly an all All Purpose Weapon (APW). They can be used for self defense, hunting, target shooting, and LE and MIL work with the ability to change barrel length and caliber quickly. Some are going to ask, whey didn't you use a longer barrel? The answer is, I wanted to glory in being able to have a 14.7" barrel in the rifle without registering it. Check out our XCRs available in so many configurations.

Most of you have heard that the ATF is no longer enforcing the registration of Short Barrel Rifles, Short Barrel Shotguns, Any Other Weapons, and Suppressor. This is a change of policy only and can e changed back unless there's legislation or a favorable SCOTUS decision. If you want to how we got here and where we need to go, go to robinsonarmament.com/history…
Dear Fellow Patriots,
I’ve been dealing with NFA Firearms for over 40 years. I never thought I’d live to see the day when unconstitutional gun laws were not enforced. The ATF in their open letter, effective October 9, 2026, tells us they will not enforce the requirement that SBRs, SBS, AOWs, and silencers be registered under the National Firearms Act. Please note that this is not a change in the law but a change of enforcement policy. It is applicable to not only the plaintiffs in the Federal case which enjoined the enforcement of registration, but to everyone. This is a big, but not complete win.
Several states have their own restrictions on NFA items. These states can and will prosecute you for possession of the NFA items. Furthermore, the federal requirement for you to notify ATF when taking NFA Items across state lines has not changed.
This could be a temporary victory only. Policies can be changed. As patriots, proud of our Country and Constitution, here are two things we MUST do.
First, pray the Supreme Court hears a good case and rules in our favor. We need a good case, one without a criminal defendant, to make these changes more permanent across the whole country.
Second, do all you personally can to ensure that Republicans do not lose House or Senate seats during the Midterm elections that are upon us. We stand to lose a House seat in Utah. I am personally working to help the candidates to get out the vote for Republicans. You should do the same. Call your local Republican party offices and offer your help. They need it.
Let’s make this win permanent. God bless you all.
Sincerely,
Alex J Robinson

P.S. Some of you may not like Trump right now. We get it. Prices are crazy high. We’re paying more for raw materials and equipment that we ever have. It hurts! We all need to realize that this win is because of him, suck it up, and support the Party or we’ll lose all the progress he has made in so many areas and potentially lose even more freedoms. SBRs - Is Registration Still Required? The $200 Tax on Short Barrel Rifles (SBRs), Short Barrel Shotguns (SBSs), and Any Other Weapons (AOWs) was removed in the Big Beautiful Bill (BBB). However, the requirement to register these items on an ATF Form 1 or Form 4 remains.
Recent federal court rulings (such as Jensen v. ATF and Silencer Shop v. ATF in the Northern District of Texas) have struck down National Firearms Act (NFA) registration requirements as unconstitutional following the elimination of the NFA tax stamp. The DOJ is appealing this ruling. Be careful. Some are already selling these items without the registration. This is a complex subject and it's not completely safe yet to buy NFA items without registration.
TAKE ACTION TODAY BY CONTACTING THE WHITE HOUSE
You should contact the White house state that the DOJ should not push for an appeal of the ruling. It's easy go to whitehouse.gov/contact/ or call this number (202) 456-1111. Tell them something like this:
"As a law-abiding gun owner and citizen, I respectfully ask the administration to direct the Department of Justice to accept the federal court rulings holding NFA registration requirements unconstitutional. Respecting these decisions protects constitutional rights, eliminates unnecessary regulatory burdens on lawful owners, and allows law enforcement resources to focus on actual violent crime."
