I’ll be closing my own contract once this is over as well as I’ve had enough

So I’ve been paying for two numbers … I did t ask for this, so I’ve paid a bill but now I’m being asked to pay another final bill.. I can’t believe a customer of so many years gets treated like this. I just want it closed and no further bills

No it’s all gone wrong.. it turns out I was offered a upgrade with a new mobile phone instead of just getting an upgrade with the phone. I was given a new phone number. I didn’t know that this was going to be the case so I was then paying for two numbers.

I’m now being charged a final cancellation bill.. it just gets worse, I’ve been with @ThreeUK for many years after people I know have left … can you inbox me and call .. I do t want a call centre over seas it’s just a nightmare sorry but it’s very stressfull

I was eligible for an upgrade in 2021 instead of just upgrading my account. They opened up a new contract so I have been paying for two contracts all this time. I’ve never wanted to get a new contract. Just upgrade as I’ve done in the past one of your people made a mistake.

@ThreeUK Avoid using this company at all costs…. They’ve charged me for 2 numbers and have also sent a county court judgement against me.. for their mistake, which has led to a negative credit report… Avoid AVOID AVOID
