What a day. So proud of our team - we've been short staffed for so long and they turn up and put 110% in every single day often doing the job of 3 people. The support they give each other and us to get through these tough months make life so much better!

Something I think hasn't been spoken about enough is how allowing for personal interpretation of guidelines / advice is causing *intense* strain and conflict among family and friends
If I could tell my younger self anything it would be to find out more about birth control because it's not all as rosy as it sounds. Teach girls AND boys about the side effects and how impactful they can be (after a painful removal of the implant that was embedded too deep) 1/2
I wish those in hospitality would stop all the north/ south divide propaganda. Its really shit for all of us. Its shit not to open at all. It's also really shit to have to close on your busiest week of the year with your staff rota's back and £££'s worth of stock wasted
