After Transporter 17 we are up to about catalog number 69935. So only 65 more objects (3 more Starlink launches) till the TLE format has to be retired. Have you upgraded your orbit propagation software to use the newer formats like JSON?

If #Outlook and Exchange are smart enough to add “external email” alerts why can’t they be smart enough to remove the alerts from long reply chains?

Well @SciSpaceGuy, while technically my statement from 2020 is still true, it looks like it was wildly optimistic in its intent. I'd say less than 50/50 a full orbit happens this year.

During today's #Starship flight there was white large object in the distance that seemed to be trailing /falling back from Starship for several minutes at around T+7 min. Anyone know what it could have been? Didn't look like debris. wasn't Super Heavy, as SH was busy landing.

Well @BankofAmerica you have just ruined my Thanksgiving break. You discontinued OFX/QFX downloads without any notice, effectively rendering my financial software useless. I'm back to the 1990s. Tip: I refuse to get into the @Quicken monopolistic subscription treadmill.

X’s News seems to have gotten ahead of itself. We are currently at T-10 but it says the flight was successful. @grok you may want to look into this. #Starship

It is amazing how tech companies "modernize" a product only to make it go back years. In this case the "Modern" experience in #SharePoint from @Microsoft. While it adds a few nice features, some functionality seems like a throwback to the early days of the web.

Example 1 - all hyperlinks are by default underlined. Just like they were back in 1999. I thought we had moved way past that.

Example 2 - Nice new feature in a list (SharePoint's poor man's database): you can now create a format for a column to make it look pretty.... BUT to create said format you need to hand-hack CSS/HTML disguised as JSON in an editor that makes VI look cutting edge.

Tricky @att. Reduce the discount for paying with debit card, without giving any sort of heads up other than in the small print of the paper bill, which nobody ever gets any more.

Turns out that building the world's largest rocket is much harder than the optimists thought... Still to be proven for an Artemis mission: earth orbit, in-space reignition, TLI, RPO, docking, refueling, lunar orbit, descent and landing, lunar liftoff, TEI, reentry.

Why is it that in 2025 @Apple iOS mail, @Outlook , @gmail do not support a simple “sort by sender” function? Desktop clients have had that functionality for decades.

Reason #1 for a trade deficit. Americans are wealthy enough that as a country we can largely outsource undesirable jobs so we can focus on jobs that are more intellectually and economically fulfilling. This is fundamental capitalism.
“America would be better off if more people worked in manufacturing.” • 80% of Americans agree • 20% disagree “I would be better off if I worked in a factory.” • 25% of Americans agree • 73% disagree • 2% currently work in a factory 👉🏻 cato.org/sites/cato.org/file…

Dear @Microsoft and @MSPowerAutomate if you insist on having a graphical interface for #PowerAutomate flows perhaps you should look closely at @scratch. Their interface is so much cleaner and easier to use

This is stunning. Blue Ghost is the success we all need at this moment.
#BlueGhost got her first diamond ring! Captured at our landing site in the Moon’s Mare Crisium around 3:30 am CDT, the photo shows the sun about to emerge from totality behind Earth. Hope to have more shots to share soon! #BGM1

This is class. This is what being a true patriot looks like
As many of you have heard, I am no longer the Chairman of the Kennedy Center. I want to direct this message especially to the current and recent employees of the Kennedy Center: I am sorry that I could not be in Washington yesterday with Deborah Rutter and all of you. The Kennedy Center team, led by Deborah, has done an extraordinary job supporting the Kennedy Center over many years and through a number of difficult times, thereby helping to make the Center the beacon for the performing arts its founders intended. Thanks for what Deborah and all of you have done for the American people. President Kennedy would be proud of your selfless work, your long hours, your commitment to excellence, and your dedication to the performing arts.

Like many others, I have relied through the years on Jonathan’s compilation of space data and history. No other public (or private) resource comes close to the amount of historical detail on the world’s space activities. Please consider donating. gofund.me/636806d2

Completely not confirmed - but timing seems to match starship 7. (I don’t think it is AI but you never know)
Just saw the most insane #spacedebris #meteorshower right now in Turks and Caicos ⁦@elonmusk⁩ what is it??
