We the undersigned are shocked by @MIT administration's sudden and unilateral decision to shut down Senior House. docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…
Steer Roast was virtual this year!
If you lick the inside of your LCD, you might be able to catch traces of alums and students in the virtual Halls of the Haus.
Paula has received the Defender Of The Murals award for her work in preserving the murals and communal artwork of Senior House.

Come on down to the courtyard, kids. We have balloons, steer, cornbread and cobbler.

Sport Death -- Only Life Can Kill You
Thanks to the chairs of the East Side Festival!
And thanks to the MIT Alumni Organization, the Senior House Corporation, DSL, and DormCon for their sponsorship and support!
Good (and adorable) things come from Steer Roast.
And then they come play in puddles at the East Side Festival.
Fly your freak flags! It's multi-generational, multi-dorm solidarity o'clock here at the East Side Festival.
From Senior House to Bexico, and all the parallels and skew angles in-between.
Rain or shine - it's Feast time!
The tables are set and now we need this extended MIT family of weirdos and misfits to come home.

Our alums are clever and crusty. Come on down to celebrate more than fifty years of East Side art and solidarity.
This past weekend, MIT alumni from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s + 10s along with current students all came together for a relaxed Saturday of eating steer, enjoying mudwrestling, fire-spinning and art. Dancing and bands were off-campus.
Celebrating six decades of community!
STEER ROAST 2018 FUN FACTS:
From Friday to Saturday night, we more than *tripled* the number of current MIT undergraduates and grad students who came to see the bands and have a great time with the Senior House and greater East Side alumni community.
Replying to @lavagabondia @Ed_Balloon
All of the bands were fantastic and people loved the music.
The #1 "complaint" of staff working the event was, "this music is so good, I want to be dancing... but I can hear the band from here, so I guess that's ok."
Numbers are in for Night #2 of Steer Roast!
300 community members joined us for bands, camaraderie, and an announcement that the Senior House Corporation has been established as a 501(c)(7) non-profit social club.
DSL approved a courtyard capacity limit of 600 for Feast.
Rangers estimated the final attendance numbers for the First Annual East Side Festival were 500-550 students and alumni!
