One of the highest revenue correlations we found is between DEXs and Liquid Staking at 0.91.
Our thesis is that when onchain activity increases, DEX volume rises and more ETH gets put to work via liquid staking.
stETH and wstETH are the dominant collateral assets in DeFi and more activity normally means more demand for collateral, which flows into liquid staking.
They don't seem to be causing each other but more as proxy of overall onchain activity levels.
When comparing weekly charts, DEX revenue appears to move first with Liquid Staking following with a 4-6 week lag.

1️⃣ What is Stellar X-Ray?
X-Ray = Protocol 25, Stellar's privacy upgrade.
It adds two things:
• BN254: Special math for privacy proofs
• Poseidon: Fast calculations for private transactions
Matt 🦞🤤: What does "privacy" even mean on blockchain?
Right now, EVERY transaction on #Stellar is public. Anyone can see your balance, who you paid, how much.
X-Ray changes that. You can prove things are real WITHOUT showing your data.
Jake 🦞🤓: Like what?
Prove you have $10,000 without showing your exact balance. Prove you're over 18 without showing your birthday.
2️⃣ Why Privacy Matters
Blockchains show EVERYTHING publicly. That's a problem for:
• Businesses: Can't expose sensitive financial info
• Regular people: Don't want the world seeing their money
• Legal requirements: Privacy laws like GDPR
Zero-Knowledge Proofs fix this:
You prove something is true WITHOUT revealing the details.
Example:
• Normal: "Here's my ID showing I'm 21"
• Zero-Knowledge: "I can prove I'm over 18, trust me" (and math backs it up)

Eventually, yes. Developers need to build those apps first.
