First game of my second season tomorrow. After a few weeks away I’m looking forward to getting started. I’ve applied for promotion this season, so any advice would be appreciated.
I completed my 10th game last weekend. Mostly I’ve found the teams to be nothing other than brilliant and as there is a spotlight on teams who’s behaviour is less than acceptable to referees I feel the good ones should also be highlighted. Let’s start promoting the good guys. 1/2
So thanks to…
@HangletonFc @charlwood_fc @1stHove @HPW2019 @fc_amici @associates_fc @AFC_Romans @WhitehawkUtd @QP_Reserves @DynamosSussex @LewesLokomotiv amongst others for making my Sundays enjoyable and the reason why I’ve decided to take the whistle.
Reffed my first game post qualification today. Lots of useful advice learnt on the course run by @SussexCountyFA which helped manage a tricky game. Good to get the new year of football started.

Desperately need refs for this sunday. Crawley / Brighton / Hove / Eastbourne and areas in between. Hard earned cash available to anyone available
Reffed my second game this morning and got some great feedback from both sides. More importantly, both teams played the game in the right spirit and it made for an enjoyable morning for everyone.
