Le projet #Zijin Manono @Manonolithium en est un exemple flagrant : malgré des engagements initiaux concernant la mise en place d'une unité de traitement de l'hydroxyde, les opérations actuelles se limitent strictement à l'extraction et à l'exportation de lithium brut.
Si la République démocratique du Congo avait maintenu son partenariat avec $AVZ Minerals, une unité de traitement entièrement localisée serait déjà en place. Afin de préserver le climat des investissements dans le pays, le gouvernement de la RDC – et plus particulièrement les ministères des Mines @MinMinesRDC , de la Justice @JusticeGouvCD et du Portefeuille – doit exiger des comptes de toute urgence de la direction de Cominière, notamment de @LisetteKabanga Lisette Kabanga, de @CelestinKibeya Célestin Kibeya et de l'ancien et @adelekayinda01 et directeur général de la #CAMI, Jean-Félix Mupande Kapwa @JFMK Des mesures correctives immédiates s'imposent, à commencer par la signature d'un protocole d'accord et l'obtention d'un permis d'exploitation minière valide pour réintégrer AVZ.
Monsieur le président, @Presidence_RDC combien vous ont-ils menti et peuvent-ils continuer ainsi sans aucune conséquence ? Quand allons-nous enfin dire stop à cette corruption généralisée ? Ils s’enrichissent personnellement, ayant accepté plus de 100 millions de dollars de pots-de-vin pour le seul projet #Manono #lithium , sans parler des financements occultes liés à tous les autres projets.

The cut removed the entire link between the child poverty statistic and her point about immigration. What aired in its place doesn't even parse as a sentence.
THE QUESTION
This is a broadcaster funded by every Australian taxpayer, including the ones who vote One Nation. When it edits a sitting senator's words into incoherence and airs the result as her national address, the debate about how the ABC spends public money stops being abstract.
