Great stuff and spot on from Mr. Marcano at Rooted in Growth Leadership. I wish I had someone telling me things like this as a young, college athlete! “Your sport is what you do, but it’s not who you are”.
Blessed to spend a few days at the Capitol advocating for ag education. Even got to meet TEA Commissioner Mike Morath to talk student success.
Big thanks to @texasffafoundation & @liveyourbrand and his staff for making it happen.

After hitting an 8th-Inning grand slam to break a 2-2 tie and push the Mariners to just one game from the franchise's first World Series appearance, 3B Eugenio Suarez gave glory to God in his postgame interview 👏

Had an awesome time with the Royse City FFA officer team defining what success looks like for their chapter + the roles they’ll play in achieving it. Excited to see this team thrive!

Gods plans and timing are so much bigger than anything we could imagine. Let go. Trust. Walk with faith and purpose. He grateful and model behavior that glorifies him through action. ⚓️🌊⛓️
“We love Texas FFA” Extremely blessed and humbled to have shared a message with this year’s Texas FFA Ambassadors at the 97th Annual Texas FFA State Convention on the power of gratitude and the importance of leaving behind a legacy rooted in thankfulness. @TX_FFA_Fdn @TexasFFA
Day 1 of the Texas FFA Convention. Found a quiet coffee shop in Fort Worth, opened God’s Word, and was reminded: true transformation starts from the inside out. Grateful for His plan.

As I’m currently on a plane waiting for take off , this image comes to mind, one I reference often,
A 3.5° shift seems small but makes a huge difference
Small, daily improvements lead to major growth. 1% better. Every day.

Gratitude keeps leaders grounded, humble, and focused on what truly matters. Just finished prepping for a short workshop next week “Rooted in Gratitude” I’ll be giving to this year’s Texas FFA Ambassadors. Excited to lead and watch God move through it all. 🌱🙌
As an Ag major, I learned about taproots vs. fibrous roots.
I didn’t know it then, but that lesson and God’s timing became the heart of Rooted in Growth Leadership.
Strong leaders are like taproots: anchored in purpose, steady in storms, and rooted in Him. #RootedInGrowth
