I can't believe there are still people saying PPG is innocent and that everything is the CDGs' fault.
Well, take a look at this. This is a conversation between a CDG and LaDS's official customer support.
In the screenshot, the person on the right (the CDG) falsely accuses Valkyries of leaking Valko's in-game content. She also calls Valkyries “螂妹,” a derogatory term comparing them to cockroaches.
And how does the official customer support rep respond?
As you can see on the left: “I'll save the pictures!!”
For some context, “螂” means cockroach and is also used as an insulting nickname for Valko. In Chinese, it sounds exactly like “狼” (wolf).
So not only does the customer support rep let these insults against Valko and Valkyries slide, she even responds to the CDG with what looks like genuine excitement.
Oh, but I'm sure someone will say, “That's just one employee! She doesn't represent PPG!”
Okay, then tell me this. Would a low-paid customer service rep really risk getting fired by saying something like that? Isn't she worried that someone might post the conversation publicly and file a complaint?
PPG has created a workplace where customer support staff can behave just like these CDGs. The rot goes deep.
No respect for players. No respect for the characters.
If you're still making excuses for PPG after seeing this, I genuinely have nothing left to say.
