Our time on the ocean is way behind us now, but the guys and girls at @soldieronorg are living up to their name and are still trying to help people during lockdown. If there is anyone out there that can lend a hand please get in touch.

Fraser got back out on the water yesterday, albeit on a much bigger boat than he’s used to. Awesome to spend the day with the @northwestpoppy and the Lord Mayor of Liverpool @CllrAnnaRothery on the beautiful @prideofsefton1 and not have to row.
Your not wrong. 😍❤️
Our new and much improved website is up and running! Amazing job by Lee Mowlem of remarkablepixel.co.uk. Not only a very talented lady, but close family and UK media manager of @Row4Victory ... so she knows a thing or two about an ocean rowing website! Highly recommended.
Tune in to @BBCYork at 1400 today to hear the Row4Victory special show hosted by the amazing @spanswicktweets

Another awesome day training on the water. This time on the eerily calm North Sea, joined by Glyn of team @Row4Victory. His knowledge and experience gave us a real insight into what to expect and how to get the most out of each stroke. Thanks again, it was greatly appreciated

An absolutely huge thanks to everyone involved in our campaign launch at @Welcome2Yorks. We couldn’t have done it without you. We also got some great advice from legends @yorkshirerows and @Row4Victory who came to show their support and present us with a much appreciated gift 🚽
Thank you to everyone who came to our welcome home party and made it a great evening. It was a lovely evening and a chance to celebrate the campaign, the 2 year journey to the start line, the Atlantic Row itself and successfully completing the #twac2018
You’ll not get a finer boat or a better bunch of awesome people to work with. ✅

A post we should have put up days ago!
We’ve only gone and done it! We rowed across the Atlantic Ocean! 39 days, 16 hours and 42 minutes!
We’re finding our land legs again and enjoying rediscovering all of the little things in life.
