If you choose the goal, you also have to choose the work that comes with it. If you want to be great, you don’t get to decide each day whether great effort is necessary. You already made that decision when you set the goal. If you commit to the goal, commit to the cost.

Closed the regular season out with a BIG WIN against our rival Pickerington North! 3 catches 75 yards. 1 Touchdown 2 AMAZING grabs leading us down the field with 2 minutes left on the clock during our game winning drive! Helped us finish 10-0 a perfect season! And clinched the OCC Ohio Conference Championship!!! Over the years had some GREAT battles with that team and couldn’t have closed it out any better!!! On to the playoffs!! #BleedThisBlue #SomethingToProve #PerfectSeason #NotFinishedYet #WeWorkin @Roy_Hall @CoachStoutGLHS @gahannafootball @recruitgahanna

Hunt hard. Don’t hide from it. At some point, average has to stop being good enough for you even when it’s good enough for everybody around you. Nobody should have to beg you to pursue something you said you wanted. #BleedThisBlue

Had a great time speaking at the @MACathletics Leadership Event at Tallmadge High School, where I had the opportunity to encourage more than 450 student-athletes from across Northeast Ohio. A huge thank you to Commissioner Chris Pavlik, Principal @THSMr_Horner Athletic Director Madison Horrigan, the administration, and the entire Tallmadge team for the invitation and for making leadership development a priority. One of the biggest messages I shared was this: Winning isn’t just about what you accomplish, it’s about who you’re becoming. We talked about fighting through adversity, building resilience when life doesn’t go your way, and remembering that the challenges you’ve already overcome are evidence that you’re stronger than you think. I also challenged the students to be intentional with their decisions, especially on social media. One careless post can have lasting consequences, while one wise decision can protect opportunities you’ve worked years to earn. Your reputation is built long before anyone hands you a scholarship, a job, or a position of leadership. Finally, I reminded them that leadership isn’t reserved for captains or seniors. Leadership is a daily decision to serve others, choose integrity when no one is watching, and make the people around you better. Thank you again to everyone who made this event possible. Investing in high school student-athletes beyond the scoreboard is one of the best investments we can make in the future of our communities. Had an awesome time speaking at the @NorthValley1904 Client Appreciation Event! Huge thank you to CEO Jim Nicholson and the entire North Valley Bank team for the opportunity to share with such an outstanding group of clients, partners, and community leaders. One of my most important talking points was: Remember the things that didn’t stop you. Every challenge you’ve overcome is evidence that you’re stronger than you sometimes give yourself credit for. Don’t forget your own resilience. I also talked about remembering that YOU MATTER! Your presence, your leadership, your encouragement, and the way you treat people every day leave an impact far greater than you may ever realize. Thank you again to North Valley Bank for creating an event that invests not only in business relationships but in the people behind them. Keep leading. Keep serving. Keep fighting through it. It was an absolute honor to speak at the SEL Schools Family Fun Day and celebrate not only an incredible community, but 100 years of Brush High School. A place that helped shape the person I am today. Seeing hundreds of families, students, alumni, educators, and community members come together was a beautiful reminder that schools don't just educate students, they build communities, create lifelong relationships, and shape future generations. Thank you to Superintendent Dr. Kaple and Maleeka Bussey for the invitation and for organizing such an outstanding event. Your commitment to the South Euclid-Lyndhurst community is evident, and it was an honor to be part of the celebration. S/O to my brother Corey Morrow for kicking off the day with an incredible 5K that brought the community together from the very beginning. It was also awesome to watch so many talented student groups showcase their gifts throughout the day, from the Brush Marching Band, Cheerleaders, Jazz Effect, Orchestra, Chorale, the Rollin' All-Stars, and the Sunview Chorus. You all represented SEL with excellence and pride. Thank you to every volunteer, vendor, sponsor, staff member, and family who helped make the day such a success. Community isn't built by one person, it's built by people who consistently choose to show up for one another. I'm proud to call South Euclid-Lyndhurst home, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue pouring back into the community that poured so much into me.
