1️⃣ MTX & ILD Development
•🛡️ 9 studies: MTX not associated with developing ILD
2️⃣ MTX & RA-ILD Progression

•⚠️ 1 study: Low-dose MTX → accelerated decline in lung function
3️⃣ Survival

MTX shows no overall association with increased risk or progression of ILD in RA patients.
