This is a plate of onion. And it tasted just like pasta 🤤 very little calories. The sauce is no sugar and around 60 calories per serving with only 5 servings in the whole jar. The meatballs are the most with 100 calories for 6 meatballs.

Spent the last few days finishing up on Chapter 18 of the Rule of Threes. I’m getting closer to the end of the book and still don’t have the 2nd round edits on The Citadel Protocol yet. Should I write Citadel 2 next considering edits on 1 aren’t finished or continue with Rules 2?
Thing 1 is getting so old and grown now! 😩😭 I just got her a Kindle and a Kindle Unlimited membership so she can read all the books and it’s hitting me that we only have a few years before she doesn’t want to do anything with us anymore. ☹️
