The team reports identifying: 97 NCME sponsors it alleges have CCP affiliations. 101 NCBE employees it flags as allegedly CCP-affiliated or friendly. 3,035 LinkedIn-connected companies, groups and individuals it wants investigated. Being named in a program, donor list or professional network does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing or CCP affiliation. 4️⃣ WHY THEY SAY LICENSING MATTERS The team's argument is that professional licensing is a form of public power: it determines who can enter professions entrusted with legal rights, health care and other essential responsibilities. The post acknowledges that states retain formal authority over attorney licensing, but argues that reliance on centralized examination products creates vulnerabilities. The researchers contend that foreign influence over those products could undermine state control and public accountability.
