Sunday was not @sugarloafmountain marathon PR conducive. 63° “Feels like”. At the Start. Busy ambulances. Heat brought on calf & hamstring cramping, and stomach troubles. Still, 50-54 Age Group win from me, 2:58, 20th 26.2 raced. Proud to run w/ Team @DirigoRC #BqChat
