PERFECT TV?
I remember watching this at the time and it has stayed with me ever since. An incredibly powerful example of the futility of trench warfare. The final episode of Blackadder Goes Forth was first broadcast this week back in 1989.
Arguably the most poignant end to a TV show. They made us laugh for years and suddenly we felt what it was like to lose them.
We will remember them.
For our tomorrows, they gave their today.

💔 Very sad news from Leyton Orient: the club has announced that Ticket Office Manager Lucy Freeman has passed away, aged just 35.
Lucy was a much-loved member of the club, and many Orient supporters will have known her through her behind-the-scenes work.
When the O’s host Plymouth Argyle at E10 on Saturday, everyone inside the stadium has been invited to join together for a period of silence in her memory.
Our thoughts are with Lucy’s family, friends, colleagues and everyone at Leyton Orient at this difficult time.
