Really liking Trybe right now. It's really easy to get it going and creators are pretty responsible and actually post content once they get the product.
Would love any suggestions on onboarding creators and making sure they're well equipped to create great content.
Approaching my first 100000 order award. Honestly felt like such a long shot 2-3 years ago.
This year we've generated more than half of these.
Next year we'll do 100000 orders judging by our growth rate.

Trying to create a team structure to scale my brands further. Objectives are to make sure the creative output improves in both quality and quantity, to start a creator seeding/whitelisting program, make sure we have a structured new product launch process , etc. Currently the 3 brands I manage are each at $200k-500k a month run rate. The team is 4 video cs/editors/graphic designers, 1 senior website designer for the sites/landing pages and one junior landing page designer. I am finding myself a little disoriented lately and wanted to ask what team structures work best for you and helped you go to the next level.

Most importantly - focusing on simplicity of every touchpoint and making sure we communicate clearly with our customers and it’s paying off.

$250+ aov. Potential for a much larger LTV. Putting most of my eggs in this basket. Unit economics just work with this one. Gotta have to wait till I have more stock to scale with confidence. I see very easy $50k days come q4 with this one.
Just launched an ai yapper for my other store. Free money. First time getting 70% Hook rates and 41% hook rates. This ad serves as a TOF ad, and helped lift both ad spend and ROAS at the same time. Thanks to sensei @harrydelmege_ . Back to $20k days now. Let's see how far Yappers can take us.
I think this store is going to scale really hard in the near future. Good things take time. There's a couple misattributed sales. Roas is actually close to 15. Sucks I only have 500 units, lead time is 30 days, let's see what we can do with more stock in July.
Made a few yapper scripts with my team after a call with @harrydelmege_ . I think we found a strong winner.

Overall cpc on the account is usually $1.6.

Launched a new brand. $12k spent so far on product customization and inventory and legal fees. Did a small test 3 months ago with ai to make sure there’s demand, and pulled a trigger.
This time it’s my own brand with 2 of my buddies. Will be documenting the process of building a brand from scratch.
Definitely a new experience for me, since I was only launching and scaling for clients previously, so now I get to feel what they feel when they see the brand losing money at the start. So far, I have a small cbo with 1 ad set and a few creatives. Working on building more pages and creatives and scaling the budget to let it spend more and gain learning.
Sending products to actors too. Excited, I believe it will be a successful one.
