Y’all think having ADHD is cute it is not. Ts will ruin your day. Late diagnosed AuDHD here. The grief from not understanding myself for years has been so much. The romanticizing of ADHD and Autism is so disheartening and annoying. Most people don’t see that so many of our struggles are internal. The shining light in this for me is that women like you share these posts, and it reminds me I’m not alone 💗.

I have ADHD It's fucked many friendships, relationships, health, my work and career, groups i have joined and been involved in It's meant I've been constantly rejected I cannot sometimes leave bed, let alone the house for days. It means i isolate myself because thats easier.
