I said it when he was rehired and I’ll say it now: Berhalter ain’t the guy and has to go

Michigan State had a chance to seize the game.
Turnover off their own leg.
Two blown defensive assignments for uncontested layups.
Banked-in 3.
Took it from 4 points to 12 points in 1.5 minutes.

I feel like this game perfectly encapsulates Michigan State 2024.
Go on impressive runs.
Take a lead at some point, typically in the first half.
Boneheaded turnovers/ low IQ plays.
Don't get blown out.
Have a chance to win in last 5 minutes.
Lose.

A surefire way to make a bad situation worse is to continue replaying it in your mind.
The damage is done. The only thing that matters now is making the best choice given your current position.
Next play mentality.

It started with a passion. The passion of competing. Of competing against ourselves. The field. The course. Life. Out of that passion, @SunDayRed rises.

$61 million in cap space and 4 picks in the 1st 3 rounds of the draft (with Brad Holmes doing the picking) for next year…tons of young talent..there’s not a franchise in the NFL in better shape for the next 5 years than the Lions.. – at Washington, MI

A painful end, but it was a heck of a 2023 Detroit @Lions season, one that resulted in a 12-5 regular season, the franchise's first division championship in 30 years and two playoff wins, more than they had the previous 66 years.
Thanks for the ride.

Against all odds, CJ Stroud led the Texans to the playoffs in his ROOKIE SEASON!!!
The first person he thanks is OUR LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST!!
The world is CHEERING for Stroud.

7 questions to ask every day:
1. Is this in my control?
2. Is this necessary?
3. What's the worst case? Am I prepared?
4. Where can I do better?
5. What habit bonfires am I fueling?
6. How can I make the best of this?
7. (When people irritate you) When have I acted like that?

When you treat others poorly it doesn't degrade them, it degrades you.

In a world full of Megan Rapinos, be a CJ Stroud:
“I don’t deserve His grace and His mercy, but He still gives it to me and I love Him for that.”
Stroud never ceases to amaze me…

Life is short.
And if life is short, then moving quickly matters. Launch the product. Write the book. Ask the question. Take the chance.
Be thoughtful, but get moving.
