my new favorite toy is getleads .io unlimited leads for a flat price with API i can give to claude code i've just been sending my founder friends leads of their entire total addressable market i just give claude a company URL, som ICP context and tell it to find their target customers And then I'm just texting my friends "here's a list of all your target customers want me to market to them" im having so much fun right now omg

relax mate - we've seen your 23 step GTM workflow gtm engineers, here's how to make SIMPLE banger campaigins: 1) use jev as a custom filter on your leads filter for something so specific e.g. companies that headhunt specifically for recruiters

export every recruitement agency then use jev to filter for the correct oens 2) scrape & qualify people who follow their competitors' company → there's a reason they're following them, its because they care about the company

3) make ai write like how you want by giving it examples of good responses or use something like master inbox or underfive 4) send an email to everyone in the US who browses their website → dont mention thats how you found them that will freak them out lmao

ok the getleads affiliate programme completely FLOPPED luckily I met Alan Dsouza, founder of Zapmail in SF (they hit 50M ARR) obviously i knew he'd be there so did my homework and found out he gets LOTS of customers from affiliates "please sir teach me how to grow my saas"

just to be clear, its actually going to be a raffle, i know some companies say that its a raffle and then just give it to a creator with lots of reach. i promise I am not doing that a 45-day Christmas sprint, 1 november to 15 december.

can anyone think of a better prize than an iphone? open to suggestions

you don't need to worry about AI watermarks in your cold emails text watermarking only works on large volumes of text a cold email is a few sentences nowhere near enough text to carry one so nobody is opening your email, detecting a hidden stamp and binning it

keep writing with ai and keep it short ignore the fear-mongering

In 1958, intent data was being a "friend of a friend". Your CRM was a pile of business cards And your automation was asking someone to do it Compare that to the GTM setup you can build today

1) your rolodex is now every single person in your TAM 2) outbound is now email linkedin phone (and Emanuel is faxing via API lmaoooo) 3) Sales manager listening to you -> ai agent analysing you call transcripts all these tools but YOU STILL HAVE A JOB

To actually win your next client through GTM, do the opposite. 1) try something dumb → e.g. we had a halloween campaign where we said "the only thing scarier than halloween this year is {problem}" AND it worked lmao 2) don't dress up your outbound

→ tell them how you built the list and why you think you can help e.g. I would say "emailing you because you are a VP of sales based in the US. generally that means you are paying for apollo/zoominfo we've built a B2B database but don't charge per credit

we offer (actually) unlimited exports for a flat price" 3) remember they are going to google you so please make a linkedin profile that looks like someone they'd want to buy from -- sometimes its about trying the new things
