Labuschange 42 innings without no century but biggest surprise is how Pujara went 46 Innings at no 3 without a century
But atleast he was scoring decent runs at that phase
Marnus's 42 innings here only surpassed in all Test cricket by India's CPujara , who once went 46 innings at #3 without a century...
Runs scored in 2nd Innings of CapeTown Test:
Wiann Mulder -115

Cricket Australia account have not posted anything about the CapeTown test result in this app
Infact they have not done any kind of love coverage/typical score update they do always here
Only team to not post anything about Team results consistently in Twitter

Some saying this SA-AUS best 3 match series this century
Literally we had a fantastic 3 match Series this June itself where a touring team that lost half of its players in a decider came back to win the series breaking 14 yr streak leading opp. captain to resign mid match
That series momentum shifted at that point
Point of Difference Knock that by Bavuma
RSA had many heroes. They fought back well, quite often to turn the tide in the series.
However, Ceteris paribus, the Temba Bavuma batting on days 1 & 2 of the PE Test, after losing the toss in treacherous conditions, was the biggest difference between a win & a loss.

SA won't play a test series against AUS atleast till 2030 now
So fair to say this was the last time the likes of Rabada, Markram, Harmer,Bavuma,Head, Cummins,Starc,Smith& Hazlewood played a series against each other
Most importantly last test series for Rabada vs AUS??

Replying to @thecricketmen
Leach outbowled Harmer when they played against each other this season. It’s baffling that England aren’t considering selecting their best spinning option. Can’t see how they win on those SA surfaces in December, without Leach. No other spin option is good enough yet.
Great batting depth
Muthuswamy who made a magnificent 100 at IND&80 at PAK in his last 2 tests was in bench for whole series
This current SA cricket team has ALL bases covered. To think Kesh Maharaj, a world class left arm spinner hasn’t been needed in Tests 2&3. We also have Muthusamy who does a fine job with bat and ball.
Bosch, Ngidi, Pretorius, Hermann all waiting in the wings
Nortje to come back from injury. Stubbs, De Zorzi, Verreyne all wanting to reclaim a spot.
AUS needs a new no 3 instead of Marnus that's the only change they will make I think
One of Boland/Lyon vs NZ
NZ vs Lyon have not done well
So that can be a deciding factor
Head
Renshaw
New no 3
Smith
Green
Inglis
Carey
Starc
Cummins
Hazlewood
