Truly bloody awful service experience with @British_Airways yet again. Everyone get things wrong sometimes but BA add insult to injury by then failing to address issues proactively / making it so hard for customers to seek redress (even when travelling First). Dumb.

The more I hear about #FutureFund the less fit for purpose it sounds. Can Treasury lawyers really turn a great (and critically needed) idea into a White Elephant, simply due to outdated StateAid rules and petty bureaucracy? Let’s hope the rumours are unfounded. – at Kensington, London
