Defiant poem pays tribute to the spirit of Manchester, written and performed by @LongfellaPoet at the #ManchesterAttack vigil. Watch in full
Reselling @frankturner and @bfsrocks tickets at Cardiff, July 4th, for slightly less than face value as a friend can’t make it. Link here: secure.ticketmaster.co.uk/rs…

Amazing to see how emotions override logic in the #traitors so often - I can imagine they’re just so immersed in the tension over 12 or so days that the pressure does do that.
Great end to a great series though! Jaz didn’t deserve to lose, but Harry was a fantastic traitor. – at Urmston, England
Big fan of @Vitality_UK generally, but their customer service when something goes wrong is shocking. I’ve been chasing a technical issue with their team for about 10 weeks now and keep getting responses like this. Please sort it out!
This is perhaps the worst argument I’ve ever seen on Twitter. Tough competition but I think it takes it. ‘Take away the two things that made a person great and they aren’t great any more.’ Who knew?
As a big Meat Loaf fan, I can’t say how thankful I am for the BBC clarifying this, because it genuinely annoys me how, almost thirty years after the song’s release, so many people are still confused by its lyrics. Anyway, rest in peace Mr. Loaf! bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment…
Happy retirement to the man who is, for me, the best to ever wear a @ManCity shirt.
Hell fucking yes! 90 seconds off my all time personal best, and about four minutes off my run last week! I guess that’s the impact of the atmosphere on the day 😁 what a great day #GreatManchesterRun #10k
So proud to have beaten my donations target for @4EVERManchester and my personal best 10k time today!
Preparing with the captain himself! #ForeverManchester #manchester10k #GreatManchesterRun – at Manchester, England
Amazing meal as always at @wearerudyspizza in Sale, to celebrate my birthday. Great staff, lovely atmosphere and the best pizza in Manchester as per usual. Didn’t get a picture of the food as I was too busy putting it in my face 🤦🏼♂️ 🍕 🎉
Off to the final we go! Fully deserved over 180 minutes. We defended brilliantly, took our chances and kept our heads under pressure whilst PSG completely lost theirs. #MCFC #ChampionsLeague – at Urmston, England
Got to give this guy credit for taking one (granade in the face) for the team (helicopter) #uncharted #PS4share
