The episode of the @SEEKSafely podcast @JeanCBrown & I just recorded contains more mentions of "genital sunning" than I'd anticipated.
Feedback like this makes us 🥰
This WAS a great discussion about self-help targeted at trauma survivors. Really helpful to have @DrDoyleSays’s professional perspective for this one!
Check out the @SEEKSafely podcast about the attraction and dangers of quick #selfhelp solutions for #trauma. I have a new perspective on these deceptively simple approaches thanks to @JeanCBrown and @DrDoyleSays's discussion and insights.

Got my signed copy of @JoelleTamraz’s compelling memoir of being sucked into a manipulative “yoga guru’s” world. Her story is brave and illuminating. We had a great conversation on the podcast a few weeks ago! ✨
Is the Mojo Dojo Casa House the new man cave? We'll be chatting about this and other manosphere-adjacent topics on Monday's upcoming podcast!

I love the @SEEKSafely podcast with @JeanCBrown and @DrDoyleSays —and not just the episode where we chatted about #yoga, #gurus and #selfhelp!
If you heard author @JoelleTamraz on our podcast, you’ll be excited to know that her memoir, “The Secret Practice: Eighteen Years on the Dark Side of Yoga,” is now available!
