Over the last year, we've administered blood products to 139 people in need. This World Blood Donor Day, we thank those who generously donate blood and @SERVKent who supply us with the blood we need, allowing us to provide this time-critical intervention to our patients @NHSBT

We don’t often get handovers directly with @SERVKent but last week we had an afternoon (outside our operating hours) request. A sample from Kent needed specialist analysis only available at @NHSBT Filton. Debbie quickly volunteered & collected it from Jim at a Swindon rendezvous.
