Full transparency in all govt administration. Remove all central banks, country's revert to printing there own money again as before the central banking system. Ban Killing of all beings unless for emergency human survival.

How to start again and thrive. Remove all corporations legal status of a 'person'. Remove all ill-gotten gains from said corporations and shareholders. Regulate all corporations. Ban lobbying. 10% Transaction tax across the board, No income tax. Remove all career politicians.
