Charts go quiet. Builders don’t.
While the trenches pay 1–2% on every trade, we’re building the launchpad that charges 0.
Same future. Delusional enough to build it. 🫡
sidao.dev
this makes a lot of sense, thank you
sidao itself will always take 0, but letting creators opt into their own fee is a good fit for real projects that need to fund themselves
adding it to the roadmap

Is there a way to make the system customizable at the developers’ discretion? For example, when someone creates a token on your platform, why not offer an additional option instead of having a single default 0% fee? Developers could choose a trading fee ranging from 0% to 1.5%.
This would be useful for tech projects or charity projects that need trading fees to support their development or operations, while memecoins could stick with 0% fees or add if they want too. This flexibility would open the platform to a broader user base.
the full sidao story, since a lot of you asked
why we built it
every trade on a launchpad pays a toll. on pump it is 1.25% on the buy and 1.25% on the sell. sounds small until you trade a lot: $10 bought and sold 100 times at breakeven ends at $0.81. you never lost a trade and you still lost 92%.
the trenches make all the volume and the platform keeps the fees. we wanted a launchpad where that does not happen.
what sidao is
a launchpad on solana with 0 platform fee. 0 to launch, 0 on buys, 0 on sells, 0 at graduation.
when a coin's curve fills (around 85 sol), it moves into its own pool on our amm and the LP gets burned, so nobody can pull that liquidity. the pool has a 0.2% LP fee and it stays in the pool. none of it comes to us.
both programs are open source and verified on chain. you can check that the code running on solana is the code on our github.
so how does it pay for itself?
it doesn't. there is no fee account anywhere in our programs. we did not build a hidden way to take a cut, and we do not want to add one later.
but servers, the keeper bot that moves coins into their pools, the api and the audit still cost money. so the project needed one honest source of income that lives outside the 0 fee platform.
why $SIDAO launched on meteora and not on sidao
1. a coin launched on sidao cannot earn anything. that is the whole point of sidao. launching our own token there would fund nothing.
2. we did not want to touch our own programs to give ourselves a fee. sidao stays 0 for everyone, including us.
3. meteora is already supported by jupiter, dexscreener and the trading terminals, so $SIDAO was tradable everywhere from minute one, while we are still applying for those integrations ourselves.
$SIDAO has a 2% trading fee. 80% of it goes to the team and pays for the project, meteora keeps 20%. you never need to buy $SIDAO to use sidao.dev, and coins launched on sidao still pay 0.
we would rather explain this ourselves than have someone "discover" it.
what is next: jupiter routing (applied), an audit, and handing decisions to the community step by step.

The only fee on sidao.dev. And it isn’t ours.
After graduation, pool swaps pay a 0.2% LP fee.
• Pool swaps only: never on the curve, never on launch
• Fixed in the code, with no switch to raise it
• 0 to SiDAO: there’s no fee account to send it to
It stays in the pool and makes the liquidity deeper with every trade.
Network costs go to Solana and Helius, never to us, and you see them before you sign.
Fast where it matters.
Zero fee doesn’t mean bare-bones:
-Trades land fast through Helius Sender
-Candles down to 1 second
-Live trades, holders and top traders
-Coins graduate within seconds of the curve filling
-Creators launch and buy first in the same transaction
-The quote you see is exactly what you sign
sidao.dev
Liquidity nobody can pull.
When a SiDAO curve sells out (~85 SOL), the coin graduates:
• One coin, one pool: every coin gets its own pool, never a shared one
• LP tokens burned: nobody holds a claim on the liquidity
• 0 migration fee: moving to the pool costs the coin nothing
• Automatic: our keeper bot migrates the coin within seconds of the curve filling
And if the bot is ever down, anyone can trigger the migration from the coin page.
sidao.dev
Read every line.
SiDAO is open source:
• The bonding curve
• The graduated pools (0.2% LP fee, fixed in the code)
• The SDK, the server and the app you trade on
Don’t take “0 fees” on trust. Read the code.
Fork it. Tell us what’s wrong with it.

Build on SiDAO. No API key.
Launch, buy and sell coins on SiDAO from your own bot.
Our server only builds the transaction. You sign it with your own wallet, and your keys never leave your machine.
• Create, buy, sell and send
• Live data: coins, trades, candles, holders
• A WebSocket feed of every launch, trade and graduation
No sign-up. No key. No fee.

How SiDAO is funded
SiDAO coins can’t fund anything. There’s no fee account in our programs.
So our own token does the job.
$SIDAO launched on Meteora, and its trading fees pay for:
• Servers
• The keeper bot
• The public API
• The audit
• New features
Using SiDAO is free. $SIDAO keeps it that way.
sidao.dev
We have!
Same bonding curve maths as Pump.fun. But no PumpSwap, and no Raydium either.
On SiDAO, every coin graduates into its own pool, with:
• 0 platform fee
• 0 protocol fee
• 0 migration fee
The only fee is a 0.2% LP fee, and it stays in the pool.

Dev Update: Programs Verified
SiDAO’s deployed programs are now verified.
The code running on Solana is exactly the code published on our GitHub. Nothing hidden, nothing different.
Verified programs
• Bonding curve: verify.osec.io/status/SiDCfp…
• AMM (graduated pools): verify.osec.io/status/SiDCxZ…
What this means for you
Anyone can now confirm on sidao.dev and Solscan that:
- The live programs match the public source code
- There is no fee instruction anywhere in the code
- “0 fees” is a property of the code, not just a promise

We did.
Open source, pump.fun-style bonding curve, but with 0 platform fee and liquidity that locks itself when the curve sells out.
Worth whatever the trenches decide it’s worth.

What is SiDAO?
SiDAO is a Solana launchpad that takes nothing.
The trenches made Solana memecoins. Every launch, every raid, every 3am chart comes from the people who show up. But every trade they make pays a toll to the platform it happens on.
We built the alternative.
0 fees. Everywhere.
• 0 to launch a coin
• 0 on buys
• 0 on sells
• 0 at graduation
Buyers pay exactly the curve price. Sellers get all of it.
What fees really cost
Take $10. Buy and sell 100 times on Pump.fun at breakeven. You never lose a trade, but you’re left with $0.81. On SiDAO you still have $10.00.
Built for the trenches:
• Fast trade delivery
• Live trades, holders and 1-second candles
• Coins graduate into their own pool within seconds of the curve filling (~85 SOL)
• A free public API for bots, with no key needed
How it’s funded
SiDAO coins can’t fund anything; there’s no fee account anywhere in our code. That’s why our own token, $SiDAO, is launched on Meteora. Its pool fees pay for servers, the keeper bot, the public API, the audit and new features.
Using sidao.dev is free. $SiDAO keeps it that way.

That's why we decided to launch $SiDAO on Meteroa.
The platform will have DAO mechanism so in the future if the community decide for other features to help scale/fund we can do so.
But at the mean time development costs are paid from our own pockets + fees from the token.
