Easily one of the best cliffhangers of anime in 2025. The direction of this scene was spot on as well, you could really feel the despair and the inevitable hype when Jinwoo says the word😭

it's just the same across all mediums lol. Goto acts cocky and Beru finishes him. People seem to dislike this but it's just another tool to show how strong Beru was, and Goto wasn't meant to be a long-term character anyways

😭😭😭

just showing much stronger Beru was

Jinwoo vs Goto Ryuji (2025) This whole fight was animated really well, amazing storyboards. Sure there were some questionable drawings but the fight overall was great.

most popular shows have this problem, yes.

imdb just isn't that trustworthy either. Mostly fan-voted, plus most Solo Leveling episodes began with a 9.9 before getting review-bombed to oblivion

Also helps that it is the whole fight but yeah, Cool stuff.

exactly, dialed the scene up to a 10/10

not real fans, that I can assure you. This is the best a true fan could ask for

Happy birthday Akira Ishida, who voiced Beru/The Ant King from Solo Leveling!

Drawings from Ryota Saito's LO. Love how detailed his drawings are. Shame that the compositing in that episode wasn't able to fully deliver justice to those drawings.

I sincerely doubt any other team/studio would've handled this scene better. The visuals, soundtrack, voice acting... everything was a beautiful 10/10 here.

🤣🤣 there's like two issues I have with this dub and it happens in this episode and the next

Jinwoo saves Kihoon's team from being wiped out by High Orcs (2025)

shi, best video i've seen all week
